VH112 GLASINCOLD: THE PATENTED PANELS IDEAL FOR CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE ENVIRONMENTS
The combination of the GLASINCOLD antibacterial finish and the self-sealing joint make the VH 112 panel perfect for environments that require a high level of hygiene.
VH112 GLASINCOLD is a tough long-lasting panel that has no fear of corrosion, bacteria or scratches. Easy and quick to assemble, it guarantees maximum airtightness.
VH112 GLASINCOLD: How is it made up?
VH 112 is an isothermal sandwich panel with Glasincold mono-composite anti-bacterial finishing on a flat board with high hygiene performance.
VH112: What is it suitable for?
The VH112 panel is used in the building of controlled-temperature rooms and premises. It is particularly suitable for environments at high risk of contamination, because bacteria do not multiply on the surface.
VH112: How is the joint made?
The exclusive PATENTED VH112 joint comprises a co-extruded PVC trim built in along the longitudinal edges of the panel. When you join the panels by means of the traction exercised by the eccentric hooks (fastners), the trims join together and self-seal.
Therefore, other components such as silicone or PVC clips, which are often subject to mould, accumulation of dirt and build up of bacteria, are NOT necessary.
VH112: Is it easy to assemble?
The assembly time is the same as installing the panel itself: the self-sealing co-extruded joint is in fact already built in. Thus, the time spent in applying a silicone seam or PVC section at installation is saved.
VH112: is it suitable for below-zero temperatures?
The GLASINCOLD coating and the shape of the self-sealing joint ensure high hygiene performance at both above-zero and below-zero temperatures.
GLASINCOLD: what does the surface look like?
The GLASINCOLD surface is flat embossed. This makes it structured and highly resistant to knocks and scratches. The surface has no holes and is thus easy to clean: because of this, it is perfect for highly aggressive environments.
VH112: Applications
The VH112 GLASINCOLD panel is suitable for the building of controlled temperature rooms and premises, such as above and below zero cold rooms, food processing premises, sterile rooms, clean rooms and environments that require a high hygiene level or where there are highly aggressive agents, such as for example, dairies, sausage factories, butchering premises in general, fish processing, offal processing, etc.
